Job Summary

The Learning and Development Head leads the company's learning and capability-building initiatives by overseeing training needs analysis, program design and evaluation, training facilitation, and learning materials development. The role partners with business leaders to develop a skilled, high-performing workforce that supports the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps and learning requirements.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and competency-based training interventions.
