About The Role
Own and deliver the end-to-end L&D agenda for AIA Malaysia with a strong focus on functional learning pathways – from needs analysis to design, development, rollout, and impact measurement. Build scalable, business‑relevant solutions by partnering closely with business units, HR teams and Group Office, while confidently managing training vendors, governance aspects, and competing priorities.
