We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join one of our clients based in Coventry, on a permanent full-time basis (35 hours per week).

This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for a learning and development professional who enjoys designing high-impact learning solutions, strengthening leadership and management capability, and supporting a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and wellbeing.

Offering a salary of £33,093 to £37,682 , this permanent opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about building organisational capability through engaging blended learning, strong instructional design, and evidence-based development practice.
