This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences that enable individuals, teams and organisations to perform at their best.
A key focus of the role will be leadership and management development. We're particularly interested in someone who has successfully designed, delivered and evaluated leadership and management programmes and who understands how to build the confidence, capability and behaviours that great leaders and managers need to succeed. Alongside this, you'll contribute to a broad range of learning and development initiatives, supporting workforce development priorities and organisational change through innovative and impactful learning solutions.
