We are recruiting a Learning and Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need additional help staying focused and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils during lessons
Encourage positive learning behaviours
Deliver small group or 1:1 support
Work alongside teaching and pastoral staff
Skills & Experience
Experience in education or youth work is desirable
Positive and motivational approach
Strong communication skills
