Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, coordination, and delivery of training programs.
• Coordination and monitoring of internal promotions, including competency-based interviews and development plans.
• Management and updating of learning content in our learning platforms (LMS).
• Processing and follow-up of FUNDAE training subsidies.
• Management of training vendors and budgets.
• Localization of training materialsDelivering training sessions.

Requirements for Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Talent Development or Training is a plus.
• Previous experience in similar roles.Advanced English and intermediate Portuguese.
• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus (especially SuccessFactors, though not mandatory).
