Experience supporting Learning & Development / HR Operations / Education Services. Exposure to professional certification programs preferred. Prior offshore or shared services delivery experience is an advantage. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, People Operations / Learning workflows, and SAP/LMS platforms is preferred.

Experience

At least 2-years experience as a Learning Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Set up initial Item Settings and Class Settings in the Global Learning Management System (GLMS).
• Generate attendance codes and configure program finance settings.
• Manage ILT and program registrations, including participant and facilitator invites.
• Configure communication settings (e.g., email reminders, automated notifications).
