### About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Lean Manufacturing – Plant Performance Manager. By covering this position, you will manage line **performance improvement** through the management and promotion of Ferrero **Operational Excellence** and **Smart Factory** initiatives for our **Balvano (PZ) Plant.**
### Main Responsibilities:
By covering this role, you will manage the **Ferrero Operational Excellence** roll-out for the Plant, acting as a true change agent with a **continuous improvement mindset**.
