Job Description
Enhance operational excellence as the LEAN Manufacturing Lead at RTX. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with teams to implement data-driven solutions.
In this role, you will lead the deployment of LEAN methodologies to boost operational efficiency. Collaborate with functional leaders to spot process improvement opportunities and conduct hands-on workshops and Kaizen events. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, utilizing CORE tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
