Lean Manufacturing Engineer

As Engineer of MSH/MSB Lean Manufacturing, you will manage the implementation of Lean transformation methodologies and tools across High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Component Assembly and Test, and SSD operations. You will collaborate closely with site functional teams to identify, explore and implement lean methodologies/tools to uncover step‑change improvement areas of throughput, labor productivity, yield and cycle time performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuous improvement events across different functional teams (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping – VSM, Project, Workshop, etc.)
• Develop continuous program and system for lean culture sustainability
• Collaborate with functional experts in identifying areas of improvement through application of lean methodology and tools
