**Job Overview**
We are looking for a **Lean Engineering Specialist** to drive factory performance and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. This role will act as a key bridge across regional manufacturing sites and support the development of lean capabilities.

+ Plan, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and resources
+ Design layouts for assembly lines and material handling to improve productivity and flow
