The Smart Factory & Digitalization team is leading the transformation of manufacturing operations through continuous improvement, process optimization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Working in agile and multidisciplinary environments, the team identifies operational challenges, analyzes production data, and supports the deployment of digital solutions that increase efficiency and productivity across the shop floor.
