About the role
We are looking for a Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking Customer Experience Leader for Personal Insurance at New World Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all dayโtoโday team management.
- Manage the Personal Insurance operations to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Implement and monitor objectives concerning commission revenue, policy count, accounts receivable, and book quality and expenses.
- Communicate, implement, and monitor strategies to ensure goals and objectives are attained.
- Work with other Personal Insurance Managers and the Regional Leader to maintain quality of services and sales.
- Collaboratively analyze and resolve quality, customer service, and sales problems to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition.
