General Description:

The Leader Development Senior Manager plays a critical role in strengthening organizational capability by continuously developing people managers across the company. This position is responsible for the end-to-end design, planning, delivery, and evaluation of people manager training programs, aligned with the company’s talent strategy, leadership expectations, and business priorities.

In addition to people manager capability building, this role leads enterprise-wide initiatives related to Diversity, Equality, Inclusion & Belongings (DEI&B) and cultural development, supporting the creation of an inclusive, high-performance organizational culture. The role works closely with HR（HRBPs, Talent Development & Talent Management）, business leaders, and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, relevance, and measurable impact of all development initiatives.
