**Overview**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
This Lead User Acceptance Tester is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end UAT activities to validate business processes and system functionality before production deployment. They act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to ensure quality and readiness. They manage the lifecycle of defects found during the UAT phase with continuous testing and validation of automation. They partner with Agile development teams, supporting both sprint-based validation and formal release readiness.
The Lead User Acceptance Tester will drive end-to-end user acceptance testing for a complex, enterprise-scale program. They will partner closely with the UAT Lead and Lead UAT SME to develop deep functional expertise in the application and become a subject matter expert (SME) on the system.
