About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive product design strategy and deliver intuitive, modern, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, founders, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centric designs that balance business goals with exceptional usability.

This role requires strong leadership, product thinking, visual design expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide a growing design team.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to final implementation.
• Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across all products.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers.
