The Jim Pattison Auto Group has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Technician / Master Technician to join our Audi Edmonton North dealership. In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader within the Service Department, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to the technician team while ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
As a Lead Technician , you will leverage your advanced diagnostic expertise and leadership skills to drive shop productivity, maintain repair quality, and support an exceptional customer experience.
