The Engineering Excellence team sits within the Buyer & Community Engineering organization and focuses on elevating how we build, ship, and operate software at scale. This Lead Technical Program Manager is a hands‑on role that partners with the Engineering Excellence lead, senior engineering, product, and platform leaders to turn our engineering strategy into concrete, repeatable programs.
