Responsibilities
The TPL of the DIPM Department leads the development of a well drilling, workover and intervention project from conceptualization to approval to hook‑up and cut‑in by organizing a multi‑disciplinary project development team to work‑up assigned projects to a state of execution readiness. The role encompasses project planning, resource consideration, risk identification and management, and stakeholder engagement of multiple well projects. During planning the TPL ensures the choice of optimum well targets and comprehensive well design options and geological prognoses. The TPL leads the collaboration with relevant groups to accomplish a commercially viable well, with an appropriate drilling program based on sound geologically‑referenced drilling assessments, using available subsurface geoscientific and drilling information.
