Job Description
As Lead System Operations Engineer at Proactis Philippines, you'll lead the day-to-day operations function that keeps the Bank applications running — balancing the workload, coordinating OIC coverage, and staying technically credible enough to guide Engineers through the hard incidents. You'll be the coordination point between System Operations, technical leads, squads, platform teams, and management, and your success shows up as stable operations, strong application coverage, and a team that keeps levelling up.
