Job Description:

The Lead, Systems Engineer will be responsible for defining hardware and software requirements, designing and architecting unmanned vehicles, and managing verification and validation of technical products and systems. The systems engineer will also be responsible for conducting component trade studies, performing system integration, and characterizing system performance.

The Agile Development Group (ADG) specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies.

Essential Functions:

Lead the execution of rapid cycles in requirements development; design, build, integration, and test; and verification & validation in a design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturability environment, including lab, chamber, ground, and flight test.
