Lead and co-ordinate all Primary Freight cost and Inventory planning across categories for Finished Goods including raw Material movement. Accountable for evaluation and recommendation of Capex investments. Monthly reporting of consolidated PSO cost include operations cost, cost saving targets, business waste tracker. Lead the budgeting. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, key business drivers and analyses key financial metrics including areas of Primary Freight, Inventory and overall Supply Chain cost Lead development of Modeling tools for efficient freight cost, Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis for reducing total delivery cost Lead the Logistics reporting, rolling forecast and target setting processes, be able to connect different business areas and act as an active partner to the logistics head.
