Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Structural Design Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for leading design delivery of bridges and other transportation structures on multiple high‑profile projects and playing your part in the development of the City’s infrastructure for the 21st Century.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading Technical Delivery of Bridge / Structure designs on multiple projects in parallel.
• Leading Technical Reviews of the team’s work, including quality checking prior to submission.
• Delivering high-quality and technically sound structure designs.
• Identifying opportunities for innovative solutions and value engineering.
• Planning, allocating and coordinating resources to execute our design commissions.
