At Allianz Partners, we are seeking a Lead Strategic Projects & Process Improvement Manager for RSA Operations - a pivotal role within our global Elevate transformation program. This position is central to radically rethinking our operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and significantly reduce internal and external costs.

You will lead strategic, high-impact initiatives such as the deployment of AI copilots, Mobility-as-a-Service solutions, and other core transformation programs. With a global deployment scope, this role offers the opportunity to reshape customer journeys, drive operational excellence, and directly contribute to achieving a 5-10% reduction in RSA & Mobility costs by 2030 (vs. 2025 baseline).
