Overview

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the design, implementation, governance, and execution of strategic HR programs and transformation initiatives across Global HR Shared Services and the broader HR organization. This role collaborates closely with HR leaders, onshore stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and offshore delivery resources to establish project and portfolio management standards, ensure execution excellence, and deliver transformative HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The incumbent will lead efforts in integrated planning, governance reporting, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. Additionally, this role will support the development and implementation of future-state HR operating models, processes, technologies, and service delivery capabilities to drive organizational success.
