Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Lead Software Test Automation Engineer** to act as a subject matter expert within Software, System, and Test Engineering.
You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
**Responsibilities**
+ Test software programs
+ Make decisions, establish, follow and enhance test automation process from scratch without supervision
+ Develop and maintain reliable high-quality automated reusable tests, increase test coverage while ensuring application functionality, integrity and consistency
+ Proactively drive continuous improvement to test processes, test coverage, test cases quality/ maintenance and test execution
+ Lead and coach distributed test automation engineering teams. Perform quality review and analysis
+ Coordinate the creation of new and elaboration of existing manual and automated test suites, utilizing different programming languages, frameworks and tools
