Job Description
This role exists to provide senior technical leadership that solves complex challenges, supports the development of engineering talent, and delivers high-quality web solutions aligned with the organization’s business objective.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile applications, contributing to architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
- Act as a strong problem solver, able to assess issues from multiple perspectives, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with specialist teams (e.g. security, compliance, testing, vendors) to resolve complex technical and delivery challenges.
- Own and support end-to-end application delivery and BAU operations, including bug fixes, performance tuning, minor enhancements, incident resolution, and root cause analysis, with L3 support as required.
