Job Description
BJAK is using AI, automation and backend logic to improve end-to-end insurance operations. The work includes customer data flows, insurer approvals, document requests, policy issuance, endorsements and claims follow-ups.
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who can own these systems from problem definition to delivery.

Lead engineering work that turns manual insurance processes into scalable automated systems.
What You’ll Own
- Lead delivery of AI workflow automation projects.
- Translate operational problems into clear engineering plans.
- Design backend and system flows for multi-step insurance processes.
- Review implementation quality, reliability and technical trade-offs.
- Mentor engineers and raise delivery standards.
- Work closely with product, operations, QA and DevOps.
- Improve release quality, monitoring and root cause fixes.
