Lead Software Development Engineer – Services (London)

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support the elevation of engineering enablement, excellence and experience across the broader engineering community.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of standardised, sustainable best‑practice tools, patterns and frameworks that enhance productivity and quality across the business.
- Focus on major portions of existing or new team software (e.g., significant component, set of features, mid‑size application or service).
