Job Description
As a Lead ServiceNow AI Solutions Architect, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within Agile delivery teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow architectures across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
- Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-driven automation capabilities.
- Design and develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow spokes.
