What Youāll Do:
ā¢ Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
ā¢ Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
ā¢ Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
ā¢ Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
ā¢ Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
ā¢ Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
ā¢ Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
ā¢ Support special events and Bistro operations
ā¢ Maintain confidentiality of resident information
