Job Description
Raylec Power (Alberta) LP is seeking a Safety Advisor in Rocky View County, Alberta, to enhance safety compliance in our electrical maintenance operations. Take the lead in implementing safety programs and audits.
In this full-time position, you will drive the organizationās safety initiatives and promote safe work practices. This role requires a hands-on safety expert with effective communication and leadership skills to ensure operational success and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Oversee safety audits and site inspections
ā¢ Lead workplace incident investigations and reporting
ā¢ Develop and revise safety-related documentation
ā¢ Create hazard assessments for new projects
ā¢ Manage Return-to-Work and accommodation processes
Requirements:
ā¢ NCSO or CRSP designation required
ā¢ At least two years in a professional safety role
ā¢ Extensive knowledge of OH&S and workplace safety legislation
ā¢ Proven experience in training and communication
