For our sales team in Regensdorf, we are looking for a Lead Qualification Supervisor (m/f/d) 100 %.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Lead Qualification Team to successfully convert leads into business opportunities
• Ensure timely processing of all leads in line with quantity and quality KPIs
• Coach Lead Qualifiers according to the DHL SLNB sales methodology
• Analyze and continuously optimize lead generation strategies
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and develop ways to implement new age of lead generation ideas.
• Work closely with Marketing to use social media and Marketing tools to develop a multi‑pronged contact strategy for leads conversion.
• Increase rank up from Micro channel customers.
• Maintain Micro Channel customers.
