About the Role

You will own QA strategy and execution across Backcountry’s digital properties across web, API, and mobile with an AI-first approach. This is a high-ownership role built for someone who wants to lead with craft: raising automation coverage, strengthening release confidence, and influencing how quality is woven into every stage of the development lifecycle.
