LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER

Full-time Product Management

We are representing our client (An established IT technology provider) to look for a lead product manager. This role will lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and measurement, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour in enabling others as you do to shipping product.

Responsibility

• Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
• Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
