Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious Lead Process Safety Engineer to provide technical leadership across a diverse programme of global projects. You will undertake a mixture of design and consultancy work across several industry sectors, largely nuclear, with the opportunity to support the wider business in other areas including energy transition projects. The following responsibilities illustrate the key duties of the role:
- Undertake design and safety design work on projects and proposals.
- Undertake the Lead Engineer role in projects and proposals.
- Develop, guide and coach process safety engineers.
- Lead activities required to ensure that projects can be operated safely and reliably and in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including leadership and participation in HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, ATEX, DSEAR, QRA, etc.
