**Senior Process Engineer – New Product Introduction**
Are you ready to turn cutting-edge R&D into reliable, production-ready manufacturing? Our New Product Introduction (NPI) team is searching for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to drive the scale-up and commercialization of advanced thermal interface materials. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to develop clear, repeatable processes, push system capabilities, and meet demanding safety, capacity, and yield targets—all while solving tough challenges and unlocking high-volume production.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design, optimize, and scale up novel chemical and materials manufacturing processes for commercial production.
+ Deliver key Release-to-Manufacturing milestones and support capacity growth for new manufacturing and quality workflows.
