Job Description
Purpose The
Lead Process Engineer
provides technical leadership and project delivery oversight for process engineering services to Worley and its customers. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong team leadership, coordination across disciplines, and accountability for quality, schedule and budget performance on assigned projects.
Responsibilities Project & Technical Leadership
Lead process engineering scope on assigned projects, ensuring deliverables meet Worley, client and regulatory requirements.
Own the process engineering scope, schedule and quality for assigned projects or project areas.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all project phases including feasibility, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Ensure project scope is clearly defined and manage changes in accordance with project change management procedures.
