Job Description
Our client, a major player in the construction industry, is currently seeking a Lead Planner with M&E expertise to join their Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that support the transition to a more sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain fully logic-linked project programmes from inception through to completion
Manage integrated master programmes across multiple concurrent projects
Produce and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules
Monitor progress, identify critical path risks and develop recovery plans where required
Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, compensation events, and programme impact assessments
Lead programme reviews and provide planning expertise to project teams and stakeholders
Deliver accurate programme reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
