Elevate your career with PetroChina Canada as a Lead Operator on the Duvernay Team. This crucial role, with a 15 days on/13 days off rotation, focuses on optimizing production operations and capital project activities.
In this field-based position, you will oversee daily production while ensuring project targets are met. Responsibilities include safety management, leading meetings, troubleshooting operations, and mentoring staff. Your leadership will support continuous improvement in plant and field performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage safety issues including hazard identification and emergency response
• Lead safety and production meetings with the team
• Develop site-specific operational procedures
• Optimize field efficiency and troubleshooting problems
• Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams
Requirements:
• 10 years of operations and project commissioning experience
• Exposure to unconventional gas operations preferred
