Lead production operations, ensuring schedule compliance, inventory control, and continuous improvement of quality and workforce performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production schedule adherence and manage inventory.
- Determine capacity and resources needed to meet production plans.
- Dispatch work orders in alignment with the build plan.
- Drive workmanship and quality improvements.
- Produce product output and meet performance metrics (HPU, CT, DPPM, line item, volume, cross training, WIP accuracy, attendance).
- Manage employee attrition and retention.
- Maintain highly disciplined workforce and motivate staff to exceed performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, ESD, cleanroom, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Participate in or receive training on company initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
