This role involves managing a talented team of building technicians, ensuring their work aligns with Chard's high standards. You will play a key role in preventive maintenance, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining safe and welcoming environments for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians at Chard properties
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance and safety tasks
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in maintenance
• Respond to maintenance escalations and support troubleshooting
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Five years of building maintenance experience, two in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in building systems
