Job Description
Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) Lead Maintenance Engineer (one in Electrical & Instrumentation discipline and one in Mechanical discipline) on a permanent basis to work on-site in Regina, SK.
Responsibilities
Lead and support maintenance engineering tasks that vary both in type and complexity, including troubleshooting in-service equipment, developing Construction Work Packages (CWPs), and designing small-scale modifications and installations.
Provide technical guidance to tradespeople, planners, and coordinators, resolving equipment issues, obsolescence challenges, and supporting field and shop repairs.
Determine the most technically feasible and cost-effective short- or long-term solutions for equipment issues while considering risk, plant performance, downtime, and industry standards.
Manage maintenance engineering backlog and performance metrics, ensuring timely development of technical solutions to minimize downtime ...
