What is the opportunity?
Lead Software Developer is an exciting role for a software engineer to drive design and development of complex technology solutions that improve operational excellence and stability of the Retail Investments Technology platform.
What will you do?
- Lead and drive the end-to-end design of Retail Investments Core Systems in the platform Resilience and Maintenance space.
- Lead implementation of AI-based solutions that improve development efficiencies and strengthen application safety.
- Identify, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to replace manual workflows and streamline Core Banking operational processes.
- Guide a team of engineers in adopting AI-driven debugging, root-cause analysis, and automated remediation tools to reduce incident resolution time.
