Lead Mac Developer

Our Mac app is at the center of it all: capturing rich data, delivering coaching, and powering insights. We’re looking for a senior Mac developer to take ownership of our macOS app, drive technical excellence, and help shape the foundation of our platform. What you’ll do
Lead macOS app development, architecture, performance, deployment, and long-term scalability.
Own the quality bar: profiling, debugging, optimizing for speed and stability.
Ensure compatibility across managed environments, including MDM and restricted setups.
Collaborate closely with backend and data teams to integrate APIs and improve system reliability.
Guide and mentor team members and other developers, helping elevate the overall engineering craft.
