Job Description
The Lead Interior Designer for the Opera house shall have experience in delivering an Opera Hall theatre concert hall or similar performance venue(s). The person should have a clear understanding of the functionality and constraints of this typology, experience in coordinating with the associated disciplines, and demonstrate excellent design skills. Excellent proficiency in Rhino 3d and Autodesk Revit is required. The Lead Interior Designer will be part of the team delivering the Azizi Venice Opera House with particular focus on the two main halls and supporting spaces such as lobbies, commercial areas including f&b, bathrooms and associated functional areas. The Lead Interior Designer shall be responsible for developing his/her scope of the design in line with design program and budget and shall coordinate with all relevant disciplines, perform quality control and instruct and mentor junior architects on the team.
