Acting as the voice of the customer within engineering programmes, you will combine data, user research, and technical understanding to ensure products deliver outstanding performance and satisfaction at launch.
You will operate at a programme level, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross‑functional teams to make evidence‑based decisions that balance user experience, engineering feasibility, and commercial goals.
