Job Description
Well Fargo is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer – Solutioning. This role serves as a strategic liaison between Line of Business (LOB) application teams and the enterprise platform organization. This role is accountable for driving end-to-end infrastructure solution design, with a strong emphasis on middleware platforms to ensure application integration, scalability, and reliability across enterprise systems.
This position requires a balance of solutioning leadership and execution credibility. The individual will lead complex, cross-functional solutioning efforts while bringing practical experience from hands-on delivery to ensure designs are actionable, efficient, and aligned to real-world execution processes.
