Summary You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the SE & ALRE GROUP, Human Capital Management Office of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will lead the team to identify, distribute and communicate tasks, goals, objectives, and deadlines among team members for all areas of Human Capital (Staffing, Classification, Recruitment, and Employee/Labor Relations). You will monitor and report on the status and progress of work and check work in progress and reviews completed work to see that the supervisor’s overall instructions have been met. You will keep the team appraised on progress in meeting established milestones and deadlines for completion of assignments, projects and tasks You will perform on-the-job training, arranging formal training and overseeing all aspects of training of team members in all areas of Human Capital, as well as team building, working in teams, and accomplishment of individual and team tasks.
