Lead Hand, Maintenance (Bruce Mines, ON)
Tomlinson’s Materials Group is looking for a Lead Hand of the Maintenance Crew at our Bruce Mines Quarry.
Location: 9630 ON-17, Bruce Mines, ON
Vacancy Type: Replacement
Schedule: Day shift, Wednesday to Sunday, 10-12 hour days.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively and effectively with all team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Provide onsite leadership in the absence of the Foreman, ensuring maintenance and production activities continue safely, efficiently, and according to daily operational plans.
- Delegate daily tasks and support the execution of work assignments as directed by the Foreman, ensuring clarity of expectations and quality of workmanship.
